Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

In the event of damage to the packaging or item, we reserve the right to refuse the return, replacement or refund because the item can no longer be considered new.

A USED PRODUCT CANNOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
