What should I do if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Parcels delivered by post generally do not require a countersignature.

The few packages delivered by professional carriers sometimes require a countersignature upon receipt.

If this is the case and you are not there during delivery, a card will be issued to your mailbox with information on how to proceed.

What is our return and refund policy?

If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be arranged simply by emailing us on our contact form.

Since we work with different producers, if you have ordered several items, they will arrive at your home in different packages.

This again avoids adding a middleman to put your order together, which results in competitively priced items!

If you receive a package with part of your order, this is completely normal and you just need to wait for the second package.
